REFUND POLICY

Templates are non-refundable and all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned since access is immediate for all digital products.

The following reasons do not qualify for refunds:

1. Changing your mind (or not wanting the product anymore)

2. User error with templates (or not reading the product description)

3. Not understanding Squarespace

4. Changes in the Squarespace platform (including errors or bugs)

5. Installing conflicting code or third party tools that change the template

6. Ignoring the installation/template requirements or not reading the description fully

7. Refusing support from our team

8. Deleting the template from your account

9. Asking for a refund
