  • Monthly edits can truly be tailored to what you are managing on your site. This can include…

    • Building and sending monthly email marketing newsletters

    • Creating blog posts and sending corresponding email marketing messages to subscribers

    • Editing links, images, reels, and résumés

    • Adding on new landing pages or re-designing existing pages

    • Updating or managing appointments or commerce products (if these features have already been built out)

    • Managing signups, registrations, courses, etc (if these have already been implemented on your site)

  • Absolutely! If another designer build your website our did a DIY site, simply schedule a call with us here.

    We will then determine which plan will be best for you and request access to your account.

  • 1000%! We love consulting and business strategy. Once you sign up for your plan, you can simply self-schedule a call in our calendar for the amount of time that your plan allows (i.e. a 30-min call, 60-min call, or two 60-min calls) per month.

  • All of our plans are charged monthly on the calendar date that you joined (i.e. if you start a plan on the 14th of this month, you’ll be billed on the 14th each month until you cancel).

  • Definitely… we’re sad to see you go, but we’re always here to support your digital health.

    Simply head to our scheduling page here and login to your account. Once you’ve logged in you will be able to cancel your plan. If you have any issues, please email us two weeks before your billing cycle renews. We do not issue refunds once your next cycle is billed.

  • The following items are out of scope for our monthly updates and website maintenance:

    • Add-on services such as scheduling, email marketing, commerce, or custom email address setup (these are add on packages that we bill separately for)

    • Integrating blog features if they have not already been set up

    • Creating courses, member areas, or digital product offers

    If something is out of scope, we will let you know and quote you for the requested service (we will also include your discount if you are signed up for our Standard or Premium plans).
